The first national race of 1/10 electric 2wd buggy was held at a new beautiful track south of Attiki â“ Athens. Kostas Katsantonis traveled early in the morning at 4 oâ™clock in order to race. He came to the new track without any track time or practicing straight to qualification rounds. He took the pole position fighting with local drivers with very good knowledge of the track and many hours of practicing. He had very hard time in the finals with great competition from the rest of the field but he managed to win the first and third leg and grabbed the overall impressive win as an outsider of the race. His XB2 car was out of the box with minor setup improvements.
